Dr. Brian A. Vernon is a Mayo Clinic trained, board-certified orthopedic spine surgeon in Logan, Utah.  His wife, Yohanna S. Vernon, MD, is open in private practice in the same office, in Pediatrics.  We look forward to seeing all of our patients, both adults and children, at Alder Grove Orthopedic Spine, and Alder Grove Pediatrics.

Meet Dr. Vernon:  Alder Grove Physician and Orthopedic Surgeon

Dr. Brian A. Vernon, MD was trained in the latest spinal surgery techniques at the world-renowned Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota.  He and his staff bring world class disc replacement technology and spinal surgery to Northern Utah.  Dr. Vernon grew up in Utah, and has practiced spinal surgery in Cache Valley since 2013.  His philosophy is that spinal surgery should be a last resort, and that many people may get better with conservative care.  When surgery is recommended, he seeks to perform the least invasive, most conservative option that is most likely to help solve his patient's problem.

Prior to, or following your appointment with Dr. Vernon, imaging studies including X-Ray, MRI, or CT may be ordered to help diagnose your spinal condition.  You may be asked to bring a copy of these studies with you to your appointment.
